Who will I actually deal with
Naveen Kishore Babu, the founder, runs your audit and proposal personally. After that you have a single point of contact for day-to-day work, with the specialist teams behind it. You are not rotated between account managers.
Is any of the work outsourced offshore
No. The team works across our Edmonton and Calgary operations. If a specialist skill sits outside the team we will tell you rather than quietly subcontract it.
Can I meet the team
Yes. Head office is Unit 101 – 10460 176 Street NW in Edmonton, and there is a second office at 6600 36 St NE #120 in Calgary. Both are real offices and you are welcome to come in.
How many clients does the team handle
Fifteen Alberta businesses on retainer at present. We keep it at a level where the same people can stay on the same accounts, which is the main reason we are not larger.
What happens if my main contact leaves
The work lives in shared systems rather than in one person’s inbox, and you own all of it — the site, the profile, the content and the contact data. Continuity is the point of structuring it that way.
